I wonder why God is slow to answer? I cry out my prayers. Letting my needs known. Knowing all my cares He bears.

My idea of time, is not His. Trusting in Him I must do. Believing in His Word. No matter what I go through.

My miracle seems slow in coming. At His Word I am healed! Why am I still suffering? I know my salvation in Him is sealed!

Questions fill my mind. In this spiritual battle I am in. The helmet of salvation I wear! For in my mind is were it begins.

I wear his righteousness. Protecting my heart. My sin is forgiven it is not seen! For it has been set apart.

His truth I wear around my waist. Holding everything in place. I can not doubt what I know is true. I hope people see it upon my face.

His word I carry in my hand Striking down the enemy and his scemes. This sword is what protects me. Knowing Gods mercy and grace streams.

My feet ready to go. Proclaiming the love He shows. This world has not won! All of this I do know!
